Dave DeMink
President, Cardiovascular / Peripheral Vascular Practice

Dave runs the firms Cardiovascular and Peripheral Vascular practice, with a specific focus in emerging technology and startup organizations. Dave has a history of exceeding his clients’ expectations. Dave is an expert in his field and his flexible, service-based approach has helped make his firm one of North America’s leading executive search firms within this industry. Dave works cross discipline within his market, and has successfully placed candidates at all staff levels in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Engineering.

Prior to founding Elite Associates, Dave was a National Sales Manager with WebEx Communications where he consistently set the standard as a top producing manager. His success was directly related to his outstanding ability to find and retain top talent. During his tenure as a National Sales Manager, Dave and his team set multiple sales records and he became one of the most decorated sales managers in company history, winning every award possible. WebEx was subsequently purchased by Cisco Systems for $3.2B.

Dave earned his BS from Sacramento State University where he was a scholarship athlete in the football program serving as Captain his senior season. Dave started on the offensive line for 3 years at center. Dave is an active member in the community serving on the Stinger Athletic Foundation advisory board and is also a Board Member of the Sacramento State Football Alumni Associatiion. Dave is also married and has 2 children.
